Scaldoni’s goal is to make your event a memorable one. Our catering event managers are able to assist you in every aspect of planning your event. We offer our clients the following services: |
Service Staff: Scaldoni’s has professional servers and chefs to assist with any type of event, whether formal or casual. The cost is $13 per hour per server with a 4-hour minimum. Every event is different so server hours may vary and do not include 15% gratuity.
When applicable a 20% service charge will be added instead of hourly wage.

Facilities: Scaldoni’s has a private room that seats up to 50 guests or the restaurant can be rented for an entire evening (excluding Friday or Saturdays)or Saturdays for wedding luncheons
May we also suggest a catered event at Sunbrook Community Center (688-2211)

Drop off and Pick ups:
There is a minimum charge on drop off deliveries. Charges are determined by geographical area and begin at $15. Drop offs are most orders on disposable trays or pans, or any order that does not require the use of equipment owned by Scaldoni’s, or set up at the event.
Please indicate if you require disposable trays and pans. If you would prefer presentation on platters, baskets or chafing dishes, there will be an additional charge of 12% for the use of Scaldoni’s equipment for all orders. All Scaldoni’s equipment must be returned the day after the event or you will be charged a rental fee of $10 a day. Arrangements can be made for our catering staff to pick up the equipment after your event. When picking up an order, upon acceptance of any food from our kitchens, client assumes full responsibility for the transportation, proper storage and temperatures, and serving of any food item.

Rentals:
Scaldoni’s provides plastic dinner ware and paper products for your event. China, silver, linen, tables, chairs, tents and other services are available at current rental prices. A 10% handling fee will be added to the final invoice.

Minimums:
A minimum order of $250 is required on all events, bookings and catering orders. This is inclusive of all food items, equipment fees, set up and taxes. This does not include rental, or service staff charges.

Deposits and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure an event date. A deposit schedule will be determined by the event manager and presented to the client. Final payment needs to be made a week before your event.
